• Submit Your Signature

  • Use this form to submit your signature, either by signing directly on the screen, or by uploading an image.*

*If you prefer not to write your signature directly on the screen, you can use this website, then download it as a transparent image, then upload it onto the form.

** If you submitted your signature last year, it is still valid and you can skip to step 2, View your signature on this dashboard (you will have to login with your LECFL credentials to view)

• Request Your Certificate Template

• AFTER you have completed step 1, you may request your specific certificate template.

• Fill out this form.

• If your certificate needs two individuals' signatures, make certain that the second individual has also completed step 1.  (The certificate will be generated only after both individuals complete step 1.)

• The certificate (a Google slide) will be emailed to your school email address within the hour.

• You will receive an email with your template (The subject will be the name of the class)

• Your certificate will be in the "Shared With Me" section of your school's Google drive.

• There are two text boxes, "Student Name" and "Type Achievement here", replace the text with info.

• To create another certificate you will duplicate the slide.
